Jason Garber
Jason Garber is an attorney based out of The Joel Bieber Firm’s Maryland office. He is married and has three children. Jason grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Before licensing, he received his undergraduate degree in English/Journalism from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, followed by his law degree from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating cum laude from each. Jason is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
After first practicing law in Philadelphia, Jason moved to Maryland. Since then, he has been an active member in numerous community activities and organizations. Jason was appointed as a judge on the Baltimore County Board of Appeals, serving for nearly five years, with two of those years as its Chairperson. He has also served as a chairperson for several Baltimore County Bar Association committees.
Jason is also very involved in his local community. He organized and ran the Towson-Area July 4th Fireworks show for six years. He has volunteered on his community association’s board for over a decade and spent three years as its president. Jason has served as the president of the Parent-Teacher Organization for his childrens’ school. Jason was named a Baltimore County Fifth Council District Citizen of the Year for his work on behalf of the community and as an education advocate.
Jason enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children grow. On a personal note, Jason enjoys traveling, comedy, museums, and sports. In fact, Jason’s commitment to helping others is almost matched by his commitment to the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, and Flyers. That is fandom!
