Jonathan A. Hogins
Jonathan grew up in Alabama, Colorado, and Germany as part of a military family. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock before attending The College of William and Mary, Mason School of Business for his Master of Business Administration, and The George Washington University School of Law for his Juris Doctor. Jonathan has practiced in Northern Virginia, Tidewater, and is now excited to call the Richmond area home. Representing plaintiffs for years, he has developed a passion for advocating for individuals or their loved ones, and for seeking justice for those who may not be able to on their own.
Jonathan enjoys spending time with his dog, Daisy, playing golf, sports, watching soccer, and supporting Auburn football, Nationals baseball, and Capitals hockey. He also enjoys snowboarding and traveling throughout the United States and abroad.
Jonathan is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, American MENSA, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the US District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Additionally, Jonathan was selected for membership in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 in 2019. Membership in this organization is extended solely to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, and public profile. Jonathan’s favorite part of working at The Joel Bieber Firm is “the Firm’s dedication to providing the highest quality of legal services (through experts, technology, research, and strategy), while genuinely caring about each client we have the privilege to represent.”
