Year Two of Leadership has Carl feeling Fawntastic

Richmond, VA – April 1, 2026

Following Carl the Deer’s momentous first year as CEO of The Joel Bieber Firm, we caught up with him to hear more about his secrets to success and if he had any words of advice for aspiring lawyers.

“I start off every morning with a cup of coffee, yoga, and some meditation,” Carl states. “It’s what keeps me grounded and ready for my day.” After his morning office routine, you’ll find him nimbler and more prepared to represent those who deserve compensation. Able to provide the best representation the East Coast has to offer; doing whatever is necessary, bending over backwards to make a deal happen, and even being the Warrior-I, II, or III you need.

Carl attributes lots of his success to this newfound self-care routine that he herd from a deer friend. With his mind and body more connected than ever, he is able to balance between clients and what was once unattainable now feels within reach. When asked what his next move was, he told us, “Namaste right here, stretch my capabilities, and lead my team.”

Now, newly gifted with the ability to balance more goals than ever, we eagerly wait to see his next step. Read the full interview, grab a mat and enjoy.

So, what’s new with Carl?

Same Carl. Same antlers. I just can bend and touch my hooves now.

I hear you’re a foodie, favorite local restaurant?

Anyplace I can graze a good salad bar, Jason’s deli is great.

How have you been handling feedback the last year?

I take it to heart… then run away dramatically.

What’s your biggest weakness?

Tall fences and cars. Definitely cars.

Can you tell us about your Seven-point plan?

*laughs* You know I can’t.

What happened to ping pong??

I’m bouncing between things, but my main focus is probably spreading mindfulness right now.

I heard you like to review movies, what’s the last thing you watched?

Just watched Open Season, I give it 3.5 out of 5 pancakes.

What is the ideal workplace?

Somewhere with an open-door policy, no windows, possibly a forest nearby. Kind of like my office.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hopefully not in anyone’s headlights.

Thank you, Carl, for taking time out of your busy schedule for us, we look forward to catching up with you again! Happy April 1st!
