“This appointment carries a profound responsibility, and it is a privilege to advocate on behalf of such deserving plaintiffs”
Melissa Hague
The Court’s selection recognizes Hague’s extensive experience in sexual abuse litigation and the firm’s trauma-informed approach to representing child survivors. As part of her appointment to the MDL Executive Committee, Hague will be responsible for advocating on behalf of the interests of families who were tragically harmed by Roblox’s deficient platform. Under the Court’s Order, appointed leadership will be responsible for coordinating discovery, retaining experts, and ensuring that trauma-informed practices are implemented throughout the proceedings on behalf of plaintiffs nationwide.
