Caroline Kropka, Esq.

Before joining the Joel Bieber Firm as an attorney, Caroline began working at the Firm as a paralegal assistant in March 2022. After her first year of law school, she came back to the Firm over the summer and continued to work part-time over her last two years of law school and while studying for the bar exam.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Caroline relocated to Richmond, Virginia, with her family in 2017. Caroline graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Washington in 2021 with a B.A. in Philosophy and a concentration in pre-law. 

Caroline attended the University of Richmond School of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 2025. While in law school, Caroline was a staff member and Manuscripts Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology and received the CALI Award for Legal Research in her first year of law school.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys going to concerts at the many amazing venues in Richmond, writing, and spending time with her family.
